All-Session Tickets on Sale April 19 for 2019 Skate America

(4/18/19) - All-session tickets for 2019 Skate America go on sale tomorrow, April 19, 2019. Skate America, the first of six stops in the International Skating Union (ISU) Grand Prix of Figure Skating Series, will take place Oct. 18-20 at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas.

All-session ticket packages, which include access to all five sessions and practice sessions, start at $175 and are available at, or by calling 1-800-982-2787. Additional taxes and fees may apply.

Skate America will feature three days of competition in ladies, men’s, pairs and ice dance. The men’s and pairs short programs are set for Friday, Oct. 18 as well as the rhythm dance and ladies short program. The free skates and free dance for all four disciplines will take place Saturday, Oct. 19. The event concludes Sunday, Oct. 20, with the Skating Spectacular, an exhibition of champions, medalists and invited guests.

The lineup of athletes competing will be confirmed and announced summer 2019. Past Skate America titlists include two-time World champion, Nathan Chen, five-time World champion and two-time Olympic medalist Michelle Kwan and Olympic champions Kristi Yamaguchi, Scott Hamilton, Evan Lysacek, and Meryl Davis and Charlie White.

Other stops on the Grand Prix Series include Skate Canada International, Cup of China, Rostelecom Cup, Internationaux de France and NHK Trophy. Skaters earn points throughout the Grand Prix Series to qualify for the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final each December. The 2019 Grand Prix Final will be held Dec. 5-8, in Torino, Italy
