HOW CAN MY GIFT HELP?
Every gift to U.S. Figure Skating has a direct and lasting impact on skaters and figure skating programs across the country. Gifts can be directed in a number of different ways, including but not limited to:
The Memorial Fund which, since its inception in 1961, has provided more than $15 million in financial support to thousands of skaters pursuing their dreams both on and off the ice. Specific Disciplines, Programs or Funds like singles, pairs or ice dancing, Basic Skills programs or scholarships benefit immensely from ‘restricted’ gifts. If your area of interest is not represented, you have the option to specify how a donation to U.S. Figure Skating may be used.
The World Figure Skating Museum and Hall of Fame needs help in celebrating and sharing the rich history of figure skating. Gifts to the World Figure Skating Museum and Hall of Fame are used to preserve precious figure skating artifacts and memorabilia, while aiding in the education and entertainment of visitors for years to come. Area of Greatest Need donations give U.S. Figure Skating the ability to respond to unforeseen situations, such as providing financial assistance to skaters and programs at a moment's notice. In many ways, an unrestricted gift is the most valuable gift that U.S. Figure Skating can receive.
