Synchronized DREAM Camps
U.S. Figure Skating hosts the Synchronized Skating DREAM Camps separate one-day training camps modeled after the U.S. Synchronized Skating Training Festival. These camps are held at locations around the country and geared toward helping skaters at the beginner, preliminary, pre-juvenile, open juvenile and juvenile levels improve their individual and synchronized skating skills, in a fun summer camp setting!
The program faculty at each camp consists of at least three Team USA coaches, in addition to Team USA athletes who are members of U.S. Figure Skating's DREAM program. The curriculum consists of approximately seven hours of instruction, including four on-ice sessions with Team USA coaches and athletes.
The on-ice sessions offer the opportunity to work with some of the best synchronized skating coaches in the U.S. Athletes learn valuable skills to improve their overall skating ability, power, style, edge quality and unison.
A parallel coaches' track is held at each camp and is designed for coaches working with teams at the beginner, preliminary, pre-juvenile, open juvenile and juvenile levels.
Deadline to register for all DREAM Camps - May 17, 2013
